Tourist rights: Suggestions and complaints

It is compulsory to fill in the form with personal data and they will be used for your request only
and not spread, referring to the Italian law n.196 of 30 June 2003.

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA: In order to guarantee the complete protection of your privacy, the Tourist Service of the Province of
Lucca is commited not to supply your personal data to any public or private company, or other organizations (whatsoever) in compliance with Law 675/96.
